Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time. We offer a refund to customers if they’ve told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. Customers then have another 14 days to return the goods in their original condition after they’ve told us. Postage is at the customers expense. We will refund customers within 14 days of receiving goods back at our premises.
In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, please contact Penny to discuss the best option for a replacement. Please send a photograph of the damage by email to email@example.com along with your contact phone number so that a speedy solution can be organised.
